Nexteer opens new manufacturing plant in India
Plant will initially produce halfshaft components but will include EPS production later
Nexteer Automotive has opened a new manufacturing plant in Chakan near Pune, Maharashtra (India), according to a press release. The new plant will focus on producing halfshaft components for its customers in India. The plant covers an area of 35,000 square feet of shop floor and 5,700 square feet of office space.
