Shenda’s UK affiliate to hold 70% stake in JV
International Automotive Components (IAC) and Shanghai Shenda Co. Ltd. have inked a definitive agreement to form a global joint venture (JV) to supply soft trim and acoustics products to global automakers, according to a press release on 21 December.
