IAC, Shanghai Shenda receive approval for JV
JV to produce soft trim and acoustics products
International Automotive Components (IAC) and Shanghai Shenda Co. Ltd. have received approval from the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China for their proposed global automotive soft trim and acoustics joint venture (JV) that was announced in December last year.
