Delphi plans to spin off ‘Powertrain Systems’ segment into new company
Spin-off expected to be completed by March 2018
Delphi Automotive is planning to spin-off its ‘Powertrain Systems’ business segment into a new, publicly traded entity, the company announced in a press release on 3 May.
