Dow, DuPont win US antitrust approval for merger
Companies expect merger to close in August
DuPont and The Dow Chemical Company have won approval from the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) to merge on condition that the companies divest certain crop protection products and other assets, according to a joint press release by the companies.
