Company is presently evaluating candidates for a successor to the president and CEO

Gentherm’s President and CEO Daniel R. Coker will retire from the company and begin a planned leadership transition over the next several months, the thermal management technology supplier announced in a press release on 28 June. Coker will continue to serve in his current position until his successor is appointed. According to the release, the company is presently engaged in a widespread search process to replace Coker. For the same, the company is evaluating both internal and external candidates.
