Woodbridge acquires full ownership in Woodbridge FoamPartner JV
Acquires 51% stakein JV from Conzzeta
The Woodbridge Group, a developer and producer of urethane and particle foam technologies, has acquired 100% ownership of its US joint venture (JV) Woodbridge FoamPartner by acquiring 51% stake from Conzzeta, the two companies announced in separate press releases last week (11 August).
