After Audi, the US supplier plans to expand product offerings to other brands of VW Group

Lear is planning to launch its connectivity technology ‘Connexus’ in Audi vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2018, Automotive News reported on 6 September. The company’s Connexus hardware enables over-the-air updates and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) capabilities in vehicles. After introducing the connectivity technology in Audi vehicles, Lear plans to expand its product offerings to other brands of the Volkswagen Group, the report said.
