Volvo acquires assets of app-based Valet service provider
Luxe specializes in app-based valet and concierge services
Volvo Cars has acquired assets—including platform, technology and key staff—of US-based valet and concierge services company Luxe, the carmaker said in a press release on 8 September.. The acquisition is expected to help the Swedish carmaker expand offering in fast growing digital services. The two companies have not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.
