IAC, Shanghai Shenda form JV to produce soft trim, acoustical products
Shenda holds 70% stake in JV, IAC holds 30%
International Automotive Components (IAC) and Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd. (Shenda) have completed a joint venture (JV) transaction that was announced in December last year, IAC said in a press release last week (15 September).
