Delphi issues USD800 million senior notes due 2025
Company also enters USD750 million term loan and USD500 million revolving credit facilities for the spin-off subsidiary
Delphi Automotive has announced pricing for USD800 million senior notes, the company said in a press release last week. The senior notes, offered by Delphi’s Powertrain Systems spin-off subsidiary, Delphi Jersey Holdings plc, bears an interest rate of 5% and will mature in 2025. The offering is expected to close on 28 September 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
