Delphi finalizes post spin-off names of two companies
US supplier’s Powertrain Systems business will carry Delphi brand name; the remaining business will operate under Aptiv
Delphi Automotive has finalized the names of the two new publicly traded companies that will result from the planned spinoff its Powertrain Systems business, according to a company’s press release on 27 September. The company’s Electronics and Safety, Electrical/Electrical Architecture business units will operate under a new company called Aptiv, and its Powertrain business will be run under the name Delphi Technologies.
