Hanon Systems forms JV with China-based CSGC for thermal solutions
Partners to invest a total of USD63.7 million in the JV
Hanon System has formed a joint venture (JV) with China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC) to supply air conditioning and eco-friendly solutions to Changan Automobile Group, a subsidiary of CSGC, Hanon announced in a press release on 11 October.
