Gentherm acquires Canadian electronics firm Etratech for USD64 million
Acquisition expected to push Gentherm’s total electronics revenues close to USD200 million by 2019
Thermal management solution provider Gentherm has acquired electronics firm Etratech for USD64 million in an all-cash transaction, the company announced in a press release on 1 November.
