Delphi’s board approves spin-off of Powertrain Systems business
New Powertrain company to be called Delphi Technologies
Delphi’s board has approved the spin-off of the company’s Powertrain System business into a new publicly traded company, Delphi Technologies, the company announced in press release on 13 November.
