Delphi closes nuTonomy acquisition
Acquisition to significantly expand Delphi’s capabilities in autonomous driving, accelerate its efforts to commercialize its self-driving technology
Delphi Automotive, which will be renamed as Aptiv subsequent to planned spin-off, has completed its purchase of nuTonomy, a US-based start-up developing software for automated driving, for USD450 million, the company announced in a press release yesterday (21 November).
