ZF appoints Franz-Josef Paefgen as new chairman of supervisory board
Paefgen has been a member of ZF’s supervisory board since 2008
ZF has appointed Franz-Josef Paefgen as new chairman of its supervisory soard, the Germany based supplier said in a press release on 4 December. Paefgen succeeds Dr. Giorgio Behr who decided to step down last week, amid reportedly growing differences over the German supplier’s growth strategy with owners ZF Foundation.
