Bosch, Vodafone, Huawei test C-V2X technology in Germany
Demonstration shows that driver-assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control can benefit from C-V2X technology
Bosch, in collaboration with Vodafone and Huawei, has been testing cellular-vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) technology on A9 freeway in Bavaria (Germany) since February 2017. For the first time, the three partners have demonstrated that driver-assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control (ACC) can benefit from the direct and instantaneous exchange of information between vehicles, using C-V2X technology, Bosch said in a press release on 24 February.
