Freudenberg to acquire German floor mats supplier Hanns Glass
Deal expected to be completed in second quarter of 2018
Freudenberg's Japan Vilene Company has inked an agreement to acquire Hanns Glass, a Germany-based automotive floor mats supplier, according to a company press release on 7 February.
