Grammer enters agreement to acquire Toledo Molding & Die
Acquisition to expand Grammer’s capability in thermoplastic applications and presence in North American market
Grammer has signed a contract to acquire US-based Toledo Molding & Die (TMD) for around USD271 million, the German supplier said in a press release today (22 May). The company will fund the acquisition fully with debt. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Grammer expects to conclude the acquisition by third quarter of this year.
