Texas Instruments begins mass production of new millimeter-wave sensors for automotive applications
New sensor enables various ADAS applications
Texas Instruments (TI) has begun mass production of highly integrated, ultra-wideband AWR1642 millimeter-wave (mmWave) single chip CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) sensors for automotive applications, according to a company press release on 30 May.
