Dana enter JV partnership with Hydro-Québec
Acquires 55% stake in Hydro-Québec’s subsidiary TM4 for CAD165 million
US-based Dana has entered a joint-venture (JV) partnership with Canada-based Hydro-Québec under which Dana has acquired majority stake in the latter’s subsidiary TM4, the company announced in a press release on 22 June.
