Company starts development of next-generation lithium-ion battery system with Daimler Buses
AKASOL is gearing up to begin serial production of its first-generation lithium-ion battery system called ‘AKASYSTEM OEM’ for Mercedes-Benz eCitaro electric bus at its plant in Langen, Hesse (Germany) in autumn this year, the company said in a press release on 16 July.
