Visteon’s FY 2018 net income declines 6.8% y/y to USD164 million on lower sales
Company won USD6.9 billion worth of new businesses from customers
Visteon’s net income declined 6.8% year-over-year (y/y) to USD164 million in the financial year ended 31 December 2018, the company said in a press release on 21 February. The company reported 5.1% y/y drop in net sales to USD2.98 billion. Lower sales also impacted Visteon’s income from continuing operations before income taxes to USD216 million, down 3.1%. The company reported adjusted EBITDA of USD330 million compared with USD370 million in 2017.
