HT-SAAE acquires majority stake in erae Automotive System
Newly-acquired company to be part of HT-SAAE Global Thermal Business Unit
Shanghai Aerospace Automotive Electromechanical (HT-SAAE), through its wholly owned company Shanghai HT Holding Hong Kong, has acquired 51% share in erae Automotive System, the company announced in a press release on 31 January.
