Minda Industries merges four subsidiaries
Move aims to create a stronger standalone entity to pursue the next leg of growth, says Minda
Minda Industries, the flagship company of Uno Minda Group, has announced that the company's board has approved the amalgamation of four domestic wholly owned subsidiaries namely Minda Rinder Pvt. Ltd., Minda Distribution & Pvt. Ltd., Minda Auto Components Ltd. and MJ Castings Ltd., according to a regulatory filing on 16 May.
