Elektrobit will provide its EB tresos automotive basic software products to the Baidu ACU-Advanced Automated Vehicle Parking project

Elektrobit (EB) has signed a strategic partnership with Baidu to supply its automotive infrastructure software for the Chinese Internet company’s Apollo Computing Unit (ACU), the company said in a press release on 7 August. Baidu’s ACU is an autonomous driving in-vehicle computing platform for mass production. Elektrobit will provide its EB tresos automotive basic software products to the Baidu ACU-Advanced Automated Vehicle Parking project. EB tresos will enable the development of AUTOSAR standard-compliant software for automotive control unit (ECUs) with up to ISO 26262 ASIL D levels of functional safety.
