Calsonic Kansei, Magneti Marelli to officially change name to MARELLI next month
Calsonic Kansei, Magneti Marelli completed merger in May this year
Calsonic Kansei and Magneti Marelli will officially change their respective legal company names to MARELLI from next month, the two companies said in a joint press release on 9 September. While Calsonic Kansei Corporation will change its name to MARELLI Corporation, Magneti Marelli S.p.A will change its name to MARELLI Europe S.p.A. The two companies also plan to change names of their major affiliate companies to MARELLI from MARELLI, from next month.
