Texas Instruments develops digital isolator for EV/HEV systems
The ISO7741E-Q1 provides a voltage of 1.5 kVRMS and an isolation voltage of 5 kVRMS
Texas Instruments has unveiled a digital isolator to protect low-voltage circuitry from high-voltage events in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and electric vehicle (EV) systems, the company said in a press release on 2 March.
