Company will start production in Münster of up to 10,000 breathing masks daily after Easter

Hengst Filtration is gearing up to start production of breathing masks at its plant in Münster, Germany, after 12 April (Easter), in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company said in a press release last week. “We are now using our high level of expertise in air filtration to adapt production to the current requirements caused by the COVID-19 pandemic” said Jens Röttgering, owner of Hengst Filtration. The company is already in the process of securing approval for surgical masks according to DIN EN 14683 standard.
