M&A: Freudenberg gets European Commission's approval for acquisition of Low & Bonar
The Commission has granted an unconditional Phase 1 clearance under the EU Merger Regulation
Freudenberg has received approval from the European Commission (EC) for the acquisition of high-performance materials company Low & Bonar, the company announced in a press release on 17 April.
