COVID-19 pandemic: Suppliers in Italy are at risk if they do not resume operations soon, says Brembo CEO
Brembo’s plants in Italy are closed for more than a month
Automotive companies in Italy will be at risk if the country’s supply chain does not resume operations from this week, Brembo’s chairman Alberto Bombassei told an Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore in an interview last week. “If the Italian supply chain does not return to operation next week, albeit at a slower pace than normal, and does not hook up to the German train, which in the meantime will have restarted completely, the future of our companies will be put at risk,” Bombassei said.
