Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited, the new wholly owned subsidiary, was incorporated on 2 July
Indian auto components major Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. has incorporated on 2 July 2020 a wholly owned subsidiary called ‘Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited (MSWIL),’ according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
