JV will be formed by Faurecia buying 50% stake in Beijing BAI DAS Automotive Systems from DAS Corporation

Faurecia has reached an agreement with mainland Chinese automaker BAIC to establish a 50:50 joint JV in mainland China, the French automotive supplier said in a press release on 24 July. The new JV will supply complete seat assembly, seat frames, foams and headrests initially for BAIC Hyundai and BAIC-own brands.
