DIVESTMENT: Adient completes sale of interior business to Yanfeng Automotive
Also concludes selling patent and intellectual property rights to Adient Yanfeng Seating Mechanism
Adient has completed the previously announced divestment of its stake in automotive interior joint venture, Yanfeng Global Automotive Interior Systems (YFAI) to its Chinese partner, Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems, the company said in a press release on 21 August.
