CalmCar raises USD14.6 million in Series A2 funding round
Chinese startup will use the raised capital to fund mass production of its sensing system, which could be used to support Level 2+ automated driving
CalmCar has closed its Series A2 funding round, raising more than CNY100 million (USD14.6 million) from investors, KrAsia reported on 19 September. The investors participated in the latest funding round include SAIC Capital, SAIC Motor Technologies Fund, both affiliated with Chinese automaker SAIC Motor. In addition, Beijing Internet of Vehicle Industry Fund, which is co-managed by China TransInfo and GSR United Capital also took part in the latest funding round.
