DIVESTMENT: Adient completes sale of fabric business to Sage Automotive Interiors
Sage Automotive paid USD175 million for Adient’s fabric business
Adient completed the previously announced sale of its automotive fabric manufacturing business to Sage Automotive Interiors on 30 September, the US-based automotive supplier said in a press release on 1 October. Sage Automotive Interiors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan-based Asahi Kasai Group paid USD175 million for the business.
