Visteon’s board approves restructuring to improve efficiency, rationalize global presence
The company expects to spend USD35 million to USD40 million on the proposed restructuring
Visteon’s board of directors approved a restructuring plan on 30 September 2020 to improve the company’s efficiency and rationalized its global presence, the US-based automotive supplier said in a regulatory filing on 2 October. Under the plan, the company would reduce the number of employees at its various sites worldwide.
