EU approves acquisition of Getrag Ford Transmissions by Ford
GFT manufactures manual transmissions primarily for Ford-branded light vehicles
The European Commission has approved, under the European Union Merger Regulation, the acquisition of Getrag Ford Transmissions (GFT) of Germany by Ford, according to a press release on EC website on 4 January 2021
