ACQUISITION: Faurecia acquires China-based high-pressure hydrogen tank manufacturer CLD
Faurecia and CLD will develop and manufacture homologated type III and IV hydrogen storage tanks for the Chinese market
In a move to strengthen its hydrogen mobility strategy, Faurecia has acquired mainland China-based high-pressure hydrogen tank manufacturer CLD, the company announced in a press release on 16 February.
