CFO Michael Frick to take over as interim Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of MAHLE
Dr. Jörg Stratmann, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of MAHLE Group will resign from his positions with effect from 31 March 2021, according to a company press release on 8 March 2021.
