Adient ends joint venture with Yanfeng Automotive in mainland China
US supplier will receive about USD1.5 billion in cash for divesting its stakes in YFAS and other JVs with Chinese partner
Adient has entered into definitive agreements with Chinese joint venture (JV) partner Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems to end its seating JV, Yanfeng Adient Seating (YFAS) in mainland China, the US-based automotive supplier said in a press release on 12 March.
