EV charging solutions startup Wallbox to list on NYSE via SPAC merger
The transaction values Wallbox at USD1.5 billion pro forma enterprise value
Electric vehicle charging solutions startup, Wall Box Chargers SL has entered into an agreement with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), wherein upon closing the transaction, the combined entity will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), it said in a press release on June 9.
