BMW to fund USD6.2 million to TUM for quantum computing research in automotive applications

Funding to be available over a period of six years

BMW has announced that it would fund EUR5.1 million (USD6.2 million) for Technical University of Munich’s (TUM) research on quantum computing for automotive applications, according to its press release on 16 June.
