Hyundai Motor Group completes acquisition of Boston Dynamics from SoftBank
The Group expects synergy between the companies to accelerate the development of cutting-edge robotics featuring advanced mobility, manipulation and vision capabilities
According to an official press release dated 21 June, Hyundai Motor Group, Boston Dynamics, and SoftBank Group Corp. announced the completion of the Group's acquisition of a controlling interest in Boston Dynamics from SoftBank, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
