HDT Automotive announces deal to acquire German supplier Veritas
The acquisition helps HDT nearly double its size with revenues approaching USD1 billion
Michigan-based automotive supplier of advanced thermal management systems, HDT Automotive Solutions LLC plans to acquire Germany’s Veritas AG, a supplier with expertise in elastomers, plastics, and metal for fluid, thermal and sealing management systems, HDT said in a press release on 23 June.
