Texas Instruments to buy semiconductor factory in USD900 million deal
Facility in Lehi, Utah, will become TI's fourth 300-mm wafer fab
According to official press release dated 30 June, Texas Instruments Incorporated announced it signed an agreement to acquire Micron Technology’s 300-mm semiconductor factory (or "fab") in Lehi, Utah, for USD900 million.
