Michigan-based vehicle manufacturer, Ford Motor Company has hired a corporate merger and acquisition (M&A) veteran, Doug Power, 52, to accelerate its Ford+ plan for securing growth in electric vehicles (EVs), connectivity and innovative services, the company said in a press announcement on 19 July.
