Rome-based energy company Eni acquires EV charging network operator Be Power
Acquisition of Be Power will allow Eni to become a leading operator of EV charging in Italy and other European markets
Rome-based energy company, Eni has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Be Power S.p.A., an electric vehicle charging network operator in Italy, the company said in a press announcement on 5 August.
