Schaeffler AG appoints Claus Bauer as CFO
The Board has also appointed Sascha Zaps as CEO Europe
German automotive component supplier Schaeffler AG has appointed Claus Bauer, 55, as the chief financial officer (CFO), under a two-year contract with effect from 1 September, the company had announced on 31 August.
